45° Slant Bed with Box Guideways

The machine features a one-piece cast iron 45° slant bed engineered for optimal structural integrity and long-term precision. The slant bed design improves chip evacuation, operator ergonomics, and tool accessibility. Box guideways with a Z-axis span of 180 mm deliver maximum damping capacity and stability under heavy cutting loads.

Precision Motion Control

The motor directly drives high-precision ball screws pre-stretched to minimize thermal deformation and backlash, guaranteeing high positioning accuracy and repeatability in both roughing and finishing. A centralized thin oil lubrication system continuously supplies all key motion components.

High-Precision Spindle

The spindle uses a thermally stable bearing arrangement — NSK P4/P5 grade bearings front and rear — to ensure high-speed accuracy and heavy-duty cutting capability. P4/P5 bearings reduce thermal expansion and vibration, enabling tighter tolerances and smoother surface finishes.
